		<description>Good luck! I&#039;m impressed with your diligence. It might be worth getting some tips to make your swimming stroke more efficient ... try drawing an &quot;s&quot; with your arm (hard to explain).  I find that since I&#039;m out of shape I swim at a faster pace than I can maintain for more than 4 laps or so. (Hoping to start swimming this fall....)When I took Bronze Cross about a million years ago we had to do 600 m in 14 min to pass ... took me the whole course to get it - of course Doug managed in 9 min first try!  (and I can still do 1K swim in about 35 min ... but don&#039;t ask me to run!)</description>
